Mission Central Operations Report, July 2015
July flew by and a lot of things happened at Mission Central! We shipped a 40-foot container of supplies to Sierra Leone with the Sierra Leone Initiative. Our second load of shoes, this one containing 5,000 pairs, is ready to be shipped. That makes a total of 12,500 pairs of shoes contributed to micro-businesses in Africa!
Thanks to a grant from UMCOR, we are in the process of searching for a box truck for Mission Central.
Soon, we will be putting up more shelving in the warehouse both for New Digs Ministry and Project C.U.R.E. We shipped a 52-foot tractor trailer of medical equipment to Project C.U.R.E.’s new warehouse in West Grove, PA.
We are still giving out a lot of small medical equipment from our Loaning Closet.
